It's Jen.
So I've decided that I love exercising.  I don't so much like the moment it's time for me to go to the gym or do my workout, but I LOVE the moment when I walk out of the gym and I have that feeling of accomplishment.  I just feel overall healthier and always proud. 

That's why I love working out.

So Danielle and I had our first weigh-in last Monday and I just want you to know that we both lost weight and we're doing FANTASTIC.  We continue to email our food journals every day and send encouragement.  I can't tell you how much just having her in this with me has helped. 

Monday will be our second weigh in so I'm excited to see how much more we've progressed.
